Kya hota hai sacha pyar aur kahan milta hai yeh pyar? Because it seems that you only find it in movies and dramas, and that too after testing and life draining trials, which we are all already going through. However, at the end we are still empty handed and do not have what we really want – someone who loves us, and someone whom we love.
True love; soul mates and all these things that make your heart flutter and give rise to the butterflies in your stomach are the work of fiction, or maybe not. Because the way that they show it to us in movies makes us believe that it is indeed true and that all of us have a chance of finding it, but real life is different, and it is hard to find it.
But then again what is true love? It is an abstract concept, and we choose whom we love. Everyday we wake up, and decide to love the person. It can be the significant other, partner or a friend. Most of the times, it is an unconscious choice, and we are only actively conscious about it when we hit that rough patch – when things get tough, and when we fight.
It is only than that we know that we have to fight for the other person, and we dedicate all of our time, and energy into thinking about the possible ways through which we can let go of the shortcomings of the other person and come to a compromise.
But then again, it is all worth it in the end. Many believe that we are truly alone at the end of the day kyun kay super power tou hain nahen jis sey koi humara dimag parh sakay ya jissey hum samaj sakain kay kisi kou kya baat tang kar rahi hai. Magar, shaid is hi kou pyar kehta hain kyun kay pyar ki bhi aik apni language hoti hain, and when all verbal communications fail us, we turn to these – this language of love.
We understand the other person, without them having to say anything, and we do all that we can to make sure that they have their space, all the while making sure that they know that we are there for them. That we will stand with them through it all.
Aur bus yeahi hai sacha pyar.
Kyun kay contrary to what we believe, sacha pyar does not mean that we will always be happy. Yes, there are moments when we feel insanely happy, and experience those feelings of bliss, or reaching that height of pure peace but most of the time is not like that. Books aur movies mein hota hai. Kay kisi kou dekh loy tou bus pyar hou jata hai.
Asal zindagi mein kisi kou dekh kar soch tou sakta hain kay yeh banda acha hai magar jab taak us kou jaan na lou tab taak samaj nahen ata. Aur is janney janney mein bhi bus samaj ajata hai kay is banda ki khami yeh hai aura chai yeh. And then we weave our way around their shortcomings, because of that spark inside of them that attracts our being. And we realize that we want to experience life with them – however short or long it maybe.
And it is to all those lovers that we dedicate this article to because they keep this world running, they give us reason to wake up the next day and move on about our day. It is them that we owe all our movies, books and songs.
