    Naseem Shah Achieves Maiden FiferAgainst Netherlands

    The lower order steered the Netherlands within reach of a famous victory, but last man Dutt fell to a full-toss, bowled by Mohammad Wasim, who took 4-36, in the final over. Pakistan’s big breakthrough came when they removed Cooper for 62 in the 46th over. Cooper, going for a big hit to try and ease the pressure, got a leading edge, sending the ball high into the air, taken brilliantly by Zaman who had to run a long way from deep midwicket for a diving catch.

    Babar Azam-2022’s Rockstar

    In the first test against Sri Lanka, he has shown class as he should, making 119 runs facing 244 balls with patience that shows who he is. He is the top-ranked ODI batter with a ranking of 77 points. He is also the top-ranked T20I batter. In tests, he is on number four. He is now in the Famous Big Five which includes Root, Smith, Virat Kohli, and Kane Williamson.

    Imam Ul Haq and Babar Azam Top The ICC Rankings

    Since the ICC introduced the ODI and T20I player rankings, Pakistani batters have occupied the top positions. Babar Azam took the 1st position, whereas Imam ul Haq took the second position. Muhammad Rizwan has also moved on to the second in T20I rankings.

    Umar Gul has been appointed as Afghanistan’s bowling coach by the Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB). He has already worked with the Afghan players in the UAE. He will coach for their tour of Zimbabwe.
