Pakistan Army Again Makes It To Top

With the rising global trends, the war and war fronts have taken a different shape. Strategy and weapons go side by side. Defense for any nation is very important. If the states are not smart and intelligent, it is difficult for them to survive or compete with the world. Pakistan’s Army has been one of the finest armies for some time and they again made us proud by achieving a top ranking.

Pakistan Army has always been involved along with the government to face all sorts of challenges. We see them in times of need be it natural disasters or any other front. They have been guarding the borders with vigilance and keeping us safe from the enemies. They have been upgrading the defense system as per the need.

According to Global Fire Power, Pakistan is listed amongst the first 10 armies. It is a proud moment for Pakistan to see its army rise above. The listing was done according to the theoretical fighting capability rather than taking into account the nuclear warheads. They have been publishing the ‘Military Strength Ranking’ for the last 15 years since 2006. Last year, Pakistan was in 15^th position.

Fifty individual factors are taken into account to determine the power index score of a nation. According to them, “Our unique, in-house formula allows for smaller, more technologically-advanced, nations to compete with larger, lesser-developed ones and special modifiers, in the form of bonuses and penalties, are applied to further refine the annual list.”
