After Google, TikTok ready to set up it’s office in Pakistan

TikTok erased millions of videos due to the spread of immoral content in order to avoid bans, and now that the social media giant has a registered corporation and an office, it will be able to better coordinate with local authorities. 

TikTok, a Chinese-based video-sharing company, will soon establish offices in Pakistan after the social media behemoth and the government reached an agreement. The prominent social networking platform will establish offices in the federal capital of Islamabad, according to Federal Information Technology Minister Syed Aminul Haque, who also claimed that the corporation expressed confidence in the government’s policies.

Influencers are thrilled about the news because TikTok helps thousands of content creators make good money. Despite enjoying increasing popularity around the world, the platform suffered a number of problems and was banned nearly four times for offensive content.
