In a strange change of events, Times of India and Bollywood Hungama say that Indian movie star Kartik Aaryan and famous director Sajid Nadiadwala have chosen to remake the hit song Pasoori. This will be done for their next movie, Satyaprem Ki Katha, which is a love story. Sameer Vidwans directed the movie, which will come out on June 28 and stars Aaryan and the skilled Kiara Advani.

Bollywood Hungama’s sources say that the team has carefully planned the shoot, which will take place in Mumbai over two days. They are committed to releasing their final “masterpiece” during the release week and hope to bring back the same magic and buzz that the song made in the digital world.
Who owns ‘Pasoori’?
The Express Tribune has heard that the rights to the famous Coke Studio song belong to singer and songwriter Ali Sethi. They have called out to him and the track and Season 14 director Zulfiqar Jabbar Khan, Xulfi, to confirm this. Pasoori is also licenced to Believe Music, LatinAutorPerf, LatinAutor – SonyATV, Abramus Digital, ASCAP, The Royalty Network, and 10 other music rights groups.

Pasoori is a song from Coke Studio Pakistan that became very famous after it was played on the sixth episode of the 14th season of the show.
