A mother is a woman who can’t be describes in words. A mother is made up of a bundle of emotions that sometimes defy reason. This goes out to all the mothers who have kept awake all night with their sick toddlers in their arms, constantly uttering those compassionate words, “It’s OK honey, Mommy’s here.”
Whatever a mother does for her children is out of unconditional love and can never be reciprocated. No matter what a child does, the price of a mother’s sacrifice can never be paid. So here’s a little thank you note to all the mothers.
Thank you for sacrificing your body to bring us into the world.
Thank you for constantly waking up at night to attend us when we’d be crying in hunger and changing our dirty diapers.
Thank you for compromising on your lives and giving up your dreams in order to raise us in the best possible way by nurturing and caring for us.
Thank you for spending hours and hours in the kitchen to cook us our favourite food despite the weather conditions. Sometimes it’s been too hot and sometimes too cold, but you’ve always provided for us.
Thank you for staying by our side when we were sick and needed your comfort. You are the safe place we call home.
Thank you for always forgiving us whenever we made blunders and went astray. Thank you for believing in us and making a better person out of us.
Thank you mother , for never giving up on us and pushing us to be the very best version of ourselves. You are the most essential, the most critical, and the most important person in our life. We couldn’t be who we are without your support and devotion. Thank you for forgiving us when we mess up, and loving us as if nothing had ever happened.
From tying shoelaces to managing taxes, you have taught us everything we know.
Mothers give birth to us after going through unbearable pain, yet they cradle us in their loving arms right after seeing us. The sacrifices they make to make our lives a little easier are endless! A mother is a hero; a mother is a child’s first teacher; a mother is a best friend. A mother never truly stops being a mother, even when her children are grown up. This never-ending stream of love and care is a blessing for the children and needs to be appreciated through and through!
