Pakistan has been improving its ranking over the past 1 year. In the latest ranking shared by ICC, Pakistan has replaced England in ODIs. Pakistan with 93 points has taken away England’s spot which has 88 points at the moment. It has retained its position at number 5 in Test rankings as well.

Pakistan replaces England for the 5th spot in the ICC rankings

Pakistan has been improving its ranking over the past 1 year. In the latest ranking shared by ICC, Pakistan has replaced England in ODIs. Pakistan with 93 points has taken away England’s spot which has 88 points at the moment. It has retained its position at number 5 in Test rankings as well.

Pak vs WI training Sessions

The series is scheduled for 8, 10, and 12. For that, the training sessions will start from the third week of May. The foreign coaches are on leave after the Australia series, they will be back in the second week of May. The county players are asked to report by 2nd June.

Rizwan and Shaheen in Jayawardene T20 XI

Jayawardene shared his dream T20 XI team. The top five players included Muhammad Rizwan and Shaheen Afridi along with Rashid Khan, Jasprit Bumrah, and Jos Buttler.

County Updates

Pakistani players have been on fire since the county championship started. Our bowlers haven’t spared the batters by taking wickets and making records.

Muhammad Abbas took six wickets for 46 runs against Hampshire with a superb line and length bowling. Amir also took  3 wickets for 11 runs, reducing Hampshire to tears.

Shaheen Afridi opens for Middlesex

Shaheen Afridi opened the match for Sussex with a beautiful delivery taking a wicket initially. The teammates shared their amazement and appreciated his delivery as absolute beauty. More power to you Young Man!!! Way to go!!

The restriction was uplifted in PSL. Now the women’s series against Sri Lanka will be played in normal conditions. PCB Director Media Sami-ul-Hasan Burney said, “PCB became the first cricket body in the world to adopt these restrictions. The upcoming men’s home series against West Indies in June will also be played without a bio-secure environment if the situation remains perfect. However, the players and officials will be instructed to take precautionary measures and follow major SoPs including social distance from the fans.”
