Ahoska – Dave Filoni is the author of the American television miniseries Ahsoka, which he developed for Disney+. It is a part of the Star Wars franchise and a spin-off from The Mandalorian, and it continues the animated series Star Wars Rebels. It takes place in the same time period as that series and its other interconnected spin-offs following the events of Return of the Jedi (1983). ‘Star Wars: The Clone Wars’ featured Ahsoka Tano as Anakin Skywalker’s padawan
Ahsoka Tano (voiced by Ashley Eckstein) initially appeared in the animated “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” film in 2008, when the Jedi Council ordered Anakin Skywalker (Matt Lanter) to teach her as his padawan, or apprentice. The fact that he had an apprentice was a surprise as none of the films had addressed it.
Ahsoka maintained her training as the Jedi and the Republic resumed their conflict with the Separatists’ droid armies during the run of “The Clone Wars” as a TV series. She grew close to clones like Captain Rex (Dee Bradley Baker) and the Mandalorian fighter Bo-Katan (Katee Sackhoff) during this time.
In “The Mandalorian” season two, Rosario Dawson’s Ahsoka was mostly brought into live action because of her friendship with Bo-Katan. Bo sent Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) to look for her so that she could assist in training Grogu.

Huyang (David Tennant), a vintage droid whose duty it was to instruct Jedi padawans on how to construct their own lightsabers when they were old enough, will also be reintroduced to “Star Wars” fans in the “Ahsoka” TV series. In season five of “The Clone Wars” in 2013, Tennant provided the droid’s voiceover.
Huyang can recall 25,000 years of Jedi history, which is significant since he might work with Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) to train young Jedi.

Ezra Bridger saved Ahsoka from Darth Vader by pulling her into the World Between Worlds

A duel between Ahsoka and Darth Vader, her former employer, was one of the significant events in the “Star Wars” history that Ezra connected when he discovered it. Bridger’s successful rescue of Ahsoka from certain death involved dragging her into the World Between Worlds.

Morgan Elsbeth has been working for Thrawn and previously appeared in ‘The Mandalorian’ season two
Morgan Elsbeth (Diana Lee Inosanto), who previously worked with two enigmatic Dark Side users named Baylan Skoll (Ray Stevenson) and Shin Hati (Ivanna Sakhno), will return, according to the series’ trailers.
Elsbeth previously made an appearance in season two of “The Mandalorian” while Tano was on the planet Corvus looking for Grand Admiral Thrawn (Lars Mikkelsen). Even though Elsbeth is a great fighter, Ahsoka easily outmatched her and freed the individuals Elsbeth was in charge of. What she was doing for Thrawn is unclear, as is their goal for the universe, which appears to be nothing more than restoring the Empire to its previous might.
At the conclusion of “Rebels,” when Ezra Bridger attempted to foil Thrawn’s plans, he utilised the Force to send the Imperial villain to the other side of the galaxy. Whatever Elsbeth is planning probably entails retrieving Thrawn from the location where he and Ezra ended up.

Ahsoka premiered on Disney+ on August 22, 2023 at 9 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, with two episodes. Subsequent episodes will release weekly on Tuesdays at that time,with the series scheduled to conclude on October 3, 2023, and will consist of eight episodes.
The series was originally scheduled to premiere on August 23 and release on Wednesdays at 3 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, before moving to its Tuesday release schedule.
