Aga Khan Culture Service Pakistan has been involved in the restoration of historical sites across the country for a long. They had restored the Baltit and Khaplu Fort in 1996. In Lahore, they have restored a lot of historical sites primarily the Lahore Walled City known as ‘Androon Lahore’. It is the heart and home to the tourists. Just like the Red Fort, Delhi the Lahore fort is of utmost importance. It has also been declared as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
