Meri Shehzadi
Meri ShehzadiΒ is a 2022 Pakistani drama television series written byΒ Zanjabeel Asim Shah, directed byΒ Qasim Ali MureedΒ and produced byΒ Momina Duraid. It is loosely based on the life story ofΒ Princess Diana, ex-wife of then-Prince and now King Charles III.
Urwa Hocane (Dania) is a quiet, scholastic girl raised by her grandparents with much affection and love as her mother passed away in her childhood. Her grandmother blames her father, Salahuddin as she did second marriage and ignored his daughter. Her stepmother also denies her father meeting her.
Agar
Another Pakistani drama, Agar is a story about three sisters Qurrat ul ain, a girl who lived in the shadows of her image and dignity, Hooriya, a girl who lives in a world that only sees beauty and positivism, and Chandni, a girl who has spent her entire life without admiration and living in the shadows of her two elder sisters.
Agar is a complex drama where we fail to understand why their mother is so reluctant to wed off her offspring. To understand the plot better you have to watch it.
Mannat Murad
The Suno Chanda Star is all set to appear in a new drama serial after two years of maternity leave. Iqra Aziz’s next appearance will be in the drama series “Mannat Murad,” with Farhan Saeed. Wajahat Hussain Syed, the acclaimed director, will direct Mannat Murad. The drama will be Sky Entertainment’s seventh production.
Iqra Aziz is also now filming Ek Thi Laila, the directorial debut of her husband Yasir Hussain. Ek Thi Laila is a five-part series that will almost certainly feature a murder mystery. Yasir Hussain will not only direct the film but will also play the lead role.
Suno Chanda was a hit Pakistani drama that made the couple loved all over the globe.
Kuch Ankahi
Kashf Foundation has a long history of producing important and interesting plays. Dil Na Umeed Tu Nahin was one of the greatest dramas we’ve seen on Pakistani television recently, thus the fact that Kashf Foundation is one of the producers was the main reason we were looking forward to Kuch Ankahi.
Another reason we chose it for the top ten list was Bilal Abbas Khan and Sajal Aly’s outstanding on-screen chemistry. Only one episode has been aired so far but we must say it hasn’t disappointed us though there were some distractions.
Mujhay Pyar Howa Tha
It’s currently on air on Ary Digital and gathering average reviews from its followers. Saad has always had feelings for his cousin Maheer. When he fails to disclose his feelings, his life changes dramatically. It is an intense love triangle between Maheer, Saad and Areeb. On the one hand, there is Saad’s silent intense love for Maheer, and on the other, there is that hunk Areeb, who is head over heels in love with Maheer and does not shy away from expressing his feelings for her. In the last episode, we speculated if Maheer’s heart belonged to Saad or Areeb. This misunderstanding continues in this episode, but the improvement is that Areeb proposes to Maheer on his knees at a party in front of all his friends. Let’s wait for any twist if there is one in the drama.
Tere Bin
7th Sky Entertainmentβs production newly started drama serial Tere Bin is starring our very own favourite onscreen couple Wahaaj Ali and Yumna Zaidi in the lead roles. Tere Bin is written by Nooran Makhdoom and it is directed by Siraaj ul Haq. The ensemble cast includes Bushra Ansari, Sohail Sameer, Farhan Ali Agha, Fazila Qazi, Sabeen Farooq, Mehmood Aslam, Haris Waheed, Agha Mustafa, and others. The story begins with Murtasim (Wahaaj) who is an arrogant feudal and Meerab (Yumna Zaidi) who is a headstrong girl, who wants to become a lawyer. So far it has grasped its audience and doing good.
Qalander
The recently released drama ‘Qalandar,’ written by the famous writer Samra Bukhari, directed by Saima Waseem, and produced by Abdullah Kadwani and Asad Qureshi, is carried out under the auspices of 7th Sky Entertainment and stars Muneeb Bhatt, Komal Meer, and Ali Abbas in the key parts. It was a one-of-a-kind drama serial, directed by Mikaal Zulfiqar. Fans are excited to see the actor in his first behind-the-scenes job. As the drama will move forward, it will be quite a matter of fact to ponder upon how Tabriz and Dur e Adnan will move forward despite being of the opposite charisma. In short, this drama is about spirituality and having a thought on the notion that prayers do miracles and no matter how rich of the status we might get, if we summon ourselves to Godβs will, there is always a way and if not then the road will always be rough.
Hook
Hook is a new Pakistani drama serial that will premiere on Ary Digital. Faysal Qureshi, Saima Jee, Zain Baig, and Kinza Hashmi play key roles in this drama. Tere Bin Main Nahi
Tere Bina Mein Nahi is a captivating narrative about making the correct decisions at the appropriate moment and staying grounded even while you’re flying high. The tale centres around Murtaza and Noorulain’s “love” story. The plot twist occurs when Murtaza intends to marry but subsequently discovers his actual worth in Noor’s eyes. She has low expectations of him, which is where Tehniyat comes in. Noorulain, played by Sonya Hussyn, is an educated yet self-centered girl who has her own aspirations and lives her life on her own terms. She has no idea how to compromise, and anything less than ideal is not an option for her.
