Art is one of the most vivid forms of expression. People can describe their feelings through visual representation. And there are no barriers. People can paint or draw just do any form of extract art, and once they are done with their masterpiece, they will feel that sense of relief.
In Dead Poet’s Society by Robin Williams, one particular line captured the audience, “Medicine, Law, Business, Engineering, is noble pursuits and necessary to sustain life. But poetry, beauty, romance, love, these are what we stay alive for.’
This one dialogue was the essence of the movie. Poetry, writing, and art have a way of setting us free. They liberate us and give meaning to life. The best part about all of these is that there is no way any piece in any form of art can ever be wrong. It cannot go wrong.
Dr. Muhammad Mubarak Ali – a Pakistani self-taught artist, has recently won the International World Leisure Youth Ambassador Artist contest. Art for Dr. Muhammad Mubarak is just a hobby because he is a Physiotherapist by profession. He said in an interview, “God is the greatest and finest Artist. So, natural beauty is something that drives my creativity. Moreover, social issues ignite me to create something to convey a message to society.”

In Pakistan, art is appreciated on a lower level. Still, not much recognition or amnesties are given to the artists. But that does not stop the talented people of this country to showcase their creativity. Last week, we heard of Muhammad Ali – the Pakistani Artist who painted traditional truck art on NIKE’s original shoes.
These are just two examples of the creative, talented people in Pakistan. And there are many more; all we have to do is find them, appreciate them, and give them the recognition they deserve.
