Like fashion, TikTok trends keep changing ever so quickly. Whatever is the new video trend, everyone jumps on the bandwagon. Between viral dances, memes, recipes, hacks and other trends, itβs hard to keep up. However, TikTok has proven its cultural influence.
Here are the top most followed trends on TikTok incase you missed it.
- Tell me without telling me:
Tell me without telling me took over TikTok, and itβs easy to see why. It applied to just about anything. The crux of this challenge is to tell (or rather, show) something without saying it in words.
This trend was most relatable to desi households. People showing how brown parents react or how siblings react was simply the story of almost every house. The content TikTokers came up with was hilarious. Hands down this had to be the most entertaining trend so far.

- Tigini challenge:
Content creators would show themselves dressing up in a particular manner like a viral celebrity or politician and imitate their viral clips. They would make sure to look like the celebrity they are imitating by dressing up as them. With the same hairstyle and even body language, the video would transition tp the actual viral clip to reveal who they are imitating.
Hats off to content creators for perfectly imitating viral clips and that too with such close precision to the actual video.

- The POV trend:
This too has to be the most followed TikTok trend. Videos created show a contrast betweenΒ what you look like when youβre doing something (e.g. admiring someoneβs outfit) vs what you look like from their perspective.
This trend, again, was one of the most creative trends of TikTok. Several content creators made highly entertaining videos on this trend.
