After Eid ul Adha, meat fans will have a lot to look forward to in the next few months, especially the many barbecue nights and other meat-related dishes (yes, even in this heat!). On regular days, people might not want a big breakfast, but on Eid mornings, everyone must eat kaleji, which is the seasoned liver, no matter what.

Kaleji:

Kaleji is a traditional Eid dish that is full of taste and a little bit spicy. It’s a great way to start the day. A mixture of dried red peppers, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, ginger paste, and garlic paste can be used to marinate tasty pieces of sheep or beef liver. Stir-fry them until they are just the right shade of brown. What happened? The outside is crispy, and the inside is soft and juicy mutton liver.

Yakhni Pulao:

If you can not have biryani on Eid, but if you want to try something new for lunch, there are so many other things you can eat. You can get yakhni pulao, and lamb chops in addition to the standard beef biryani and mutton karahi, which are still excellent.

Pulao is a popular dish in our food. It comes from the cooking styles of the Indo-Aryans and the Mughal Muslims. In the Afghani and Kabuli forms, the rice is cooked in beef stock (yakhni) and topped with fried sweet carrots that have been coated and dried fruits. Your afternoon will be great if you have a nice plate of pulao, some salad, and mango juice.

Shawarma Bowl:

Shawarma bowls can be an interesting addition to your Eid lunch. It can take some time, but that’s because everything you need is in one bowl. Marinate your meat in spices, lemon, and olive oil, and let it cook while you make tzatziki sauce, which is a Middle Eastern specialty.

Beef Galayet Bandora:

Even though we’ve already talked about some traditional choices, this Eid, everyone will love a Jordanian dish which is Beef Galayet Bandora. It is a very comfortable dish with thinly sliced beef cooked to perfection in a rich and tangy tomato sauce made from fresh, juicy tomatoes. For this dinner meal, you need onions that are golden brown and warm spices like allspice, cumin powder, and cinnamon. As the beef and tomatoes cook together, the flavors mix to make an aroma that makes your taste buds growl loudly. To make the dish more Indian, add potatoes. It tastes best with kulcha or sheermal.

Enjoy and do let us know how the dishes turned out to be.
