Punjab Govt. To Launch Online Academy To Counter Tuition Centres

Dr. Murad Raas, Punjab’s Education Minister announced on his Twitter the launch of the academy. The students can access the resources for free. It would include over 7,000 lectures and mock MCQ quizzes to prepare the students for the exams just like crash courses in tuition centres.

Tuition centers have existed for a long time. They primarily came to support the middle and lower-middle-class FSc and Matric students. But with time, they have now gotten heavy on the pockets of parents. The quality is more available and it is affecting the teacher’s performance.  To counter tuition center culture, the Punjab government is going to launch an online academy for Matric/FSc students.

The academy has been named INSAF Academy, which is for FSc and Matric students. An app is also available on Apple App Store and Google Play Store. It is available not in Urdu and English. Now students from different economic and social backgrounds can access highly educational content through PCs and mobile phones.
