The Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr. Imran Khan, in his latest interview with Al Jazeera, said some profound words of wisdom for the youth. He mentioned his late mother and the patriotism she held for the country, and why now siding with Afghanistan in a time like this is very important.
“I have always believed that one should not be scared of losing; that really is the key.”
Imran Khan sahib is a man who has a vision and passion for Pakistan. He wants to see Pakistan flourish while abiding by the rules taught to us by the Prophet SAWW. He specifically mentioned how our Prophet SAWW was both Saadiq and Ameen in his dealings with others. Imran Khan himself wants to incorporate that in Pakistan. At one point, he got a little disheartened that Western Leaders follow these examples, but the people of our country do not.
“When you remove the concept of reward and punishment on merit, the result is the utter destruction of the social fabric. “
Regarding Afghanistan, Imran khan sahib said that he thinks that standing by Afghanistan in times such as this is very important. In lieu of the blasphemy incident, Khan sahib very eloquently said that physically harming someone is strictly forbidden in Islam. He condones all such acts.
“Bravery is standing with the truth and what is right.”
Imran Khan sahib has always been a very patriotic person. It has always wanted to make Pakistan in the image that Jinnah envisioned for it. He knows that dreams are one of the most essential parts of a person’s life, and he advised all the young people of his nation to dream and dream big, and then do everything in their power to make them happen!
“I wanted to be an outstanding player. That was my ambition. So, I did everything in my power to get there.”
The interview has a lot of words of wisdom for us. He shared the example of how his mother was a very patriotic person and that she always dreamed of making Pakistan exactly like Riasat-e-Medina.
“So, when you are just, you have to appoint people on merit, not because they’re your friends or families.”
Imran Khan sahib is the kind of man who has wanted the world to know what a strong nation Pakistan is and can be. He inspires and motivates people whenever he gets a chance to speak.
“The more you study, the more you know; how less you know.”
In the latest interview and hearing him say these words, we felt patriotism course through our body and felt inspired to do great every day, starting today!
