But as soon as he told friends about his emotional lunch, it became a target of trolling on the internet.
Lionel Messi went to the Argentine pizzeria Banchero Miami for something that didn’t look like pizza but might have been a nice pie. He shared a photo of the “classic pizza,” and fans seemed scared by the sight of the dish.
It didn’t look like a fried dough wheel dripping with cheese and pork. Instead, it looked like something made in a class on how to eat healthy.
The Sun said that the small base was made of nothing but tomato pieces, olives, and onions.
Messi’s fans were quick to call it the “worst pizza ever seen.”
One person said, “It’s not a pizza… This is wrong with food.”
