I remember Fawad Khan from when he appeared in Dastaan. The drama was perfectionism in every sense of the word, from the storyline to the direction, to the writing and the cinematography. But more than anything was Fawad Khan’s acting in it.
I remember to this day, a little more than 10 years later, the goosebumps that I used to get when Fawad Khan would look at Sanam Baloch with those dreamy and intense eyes of his. The PDA was exceptional and made me wish my mother was not watching the drama with me.
There is something about Fawad Khan. It is more than his personality and the way that he carries him. There is an air around him that can’t help but attract you to him. If you look at him, all you want to do is continue to look at him, forever and ever.
Fawad Khan has this intense aura around him that pulls you in, its gravity only working in horizontal, pulling you towards your televisions screens, wanting to look all at him at once, before he disappears. Come to think of it, Fawad khan is a mirage!
However, great his hair and face and all of him is, not to sound shallow, one must also recognize that he is a great actor. He plays all of his characters to perfection.
From the too-good-to-be-true Hassan to the dreamy Ashir to the misogynistic Zaroon, Fawad Khan has played all of his roles in a versatile manner, which makes us believe that this is how he is.
Another thing about Fawad Khan is the fact that he is loved across all generations. I mean, my grandmother, my mother and, I, we all love Fawad Khan. My mother even tells us that she would leave all of us if he proposed to her. Thankfully the chances of that happening are highly unlikely.
But I think this is one of the most necessary qualities of a good actor. To hold the attention and love of women across the ages is a task that cannot be achieved easily. I don’t think there is another actor out there who is loved by women collectively.
There is another thing that makes Fawad Khan stand out among the rest, and that is his fan base in India. Even though I am not much for sharing, for the sake of peace and prosperity between the two nations, if Fawad khan is the delicious medium that can bring us together, I am okay with letting them drool over him as much as I do.
Let’s not forget that we are all anxiously waiting for his portrayal of the character Maula Jatt, which is to be released soon. Lastly, it is still a rumor, but I hope that Fawad Khan is cast into the MCU’s Miss. Marvels.
Man, he is the dream and living the dream life.
