In the drama “Jaan-e-Jahan,” actress Aiza Khan and Hamza Ali Abbasi co-stars of “Payara Afzal” will reunite after a decade apart.
“So happy to share the news of my next project, Jaan-e-Jahan! Insha’Allah, this one is going to be huge. Reuniting with Hamza Ali Abbasi ten years after our mega-hit, “Pyaray Afzal,” the actress posted a preview for the next film on her Instagram.
Ayeza expressed her excitement over reuniting with her “favourite costar”.
The “Pyaray Afzal” actress complimented the film’s producers Samina Humayun Saeed and Sana Shahnawaz for the “wonderful narrative” and for enabling both actors to collaborate.
The actress said that Qasim Ali Mureed directed and Rida Bilal wrote the play.
Abbasi shared a preview of the project on Instagram last month to let his followers know he was returning to television.
“Happy to present you to the mesmerising universe of our next production Jaan-e-Jahan penned by Rida Bilal, directed by Qasim Ali Mureed,” he stated in his post.
The drama is created by Samina Humayun Saeed and Sana Shahnawaz, and it will air shortly on a TV near you, the author said with Aiza Khan and Hamza Ali Abbasi.
The actor has already shown his playing prowess in a number of well-known plays, but he declared his desire to leave the entertainment profession more than a year ago in order to dedicate more of his time to religion.
