PTV has produced many legends in the form of actors, directors, comedians, and hosts. One such actor and comedian who gained fame was Masood Khawaja. Following in the footsteps of his elder brothers, he stepped into the entertainment industry. He had been suffering from kidney illness and passed away in Rawalpindi. Due to insufficient funds, he had requested the PM and government to help him with the treatment.
His program Khawaja Online was very popular with his fans. He took the social issues and talked about them in a lighter way. He was also very active on social media engaging his fans.
Artists mourned the loss. His body was shifted to Sweet Home, where the fans came in to see him in the last moments.
