The date July 26th, 2022 will definitely go down in our history books. It was the day when, Pervais Elahi was sworn in as the new Chief Minister of Punjab replacing the ex-CM Hamza Shahbaz. Everything that happened before this day was either expected or predictable. The backing out of Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain from the league, the backdoor meetings, criticism against the Deputy Speakers decision, Supreme Courts late night decisions, and Zulfikar Ali Bhutto’s involvement in all this has given Pakistanis a hell of a ride. Neverthless, all the political fiasco was critically analyzed and followed by the netziens. Pakistani politics and memers are seen in a tug of war. Nowadays, all we are witnessing on the social media is Pakistani politics vs. the memers.

Nevertheless, amid all this, besides the memers the whole nation celebrated the Supreme Court’s decision. You never know when Pakistani politics will turn in your favor. The tug of war between PTI and PMLN saw this decision as balancing the score 2:2.
