Pakistan To Send Man Power To Japan!

The Japanese government has started to host Pakistani men in 14 different sectors of their country, to provide sources of employment, and to better help people in growth. This will help both the countries greatly, and also strengthen the ties between both Pakistan and Japan.

International Relations is one of the key assets in making sure that a country works and the standing that it has in the world. To strengthen the ties between Pakistan and Japan, the two countries have signed an MoC, for manpower to export to Pakistan. For this reason, a webinar was held yesterday by the Embassy of Pakistan, Tokyo, Japan.

The Japanese government has started to host Pakistani men in 14 different sectors of their country, to provide sources of employment, and to better help people in growth. This will help both the countries greatly, and also strengthen the ties between both Pakistan and Japan.

To be able to apply to these, the Pakistani men who wish to go to Japan will have to go through the Japanese language test, and if they clear it then, and only then will they be able to go. Japan is a proud country, and they take their culture and their traditions very seriously. They also want to make sure that their newer generations know of the importance of their language, and that they only talk in that.

The same goes for anyone else who goes to their country as well. In Japan, language can be a very big barrier, if you do not how to speak Japanese. It is for this reason that anyone who wishes to go to Japan will have to learn their language.

It is not that difficult because the National University of Modern Languages (NUML), offers extensive courses in all languages, including Japanese. All one has to do is enroll in the university, and learn all languages that they want to.

The diplomat in an interview said, ’’Three categories were part of the plan — technical intern, specified-skilled workers and highly-skilled professional. He added Japanese market would import 345,000 skilled manpower from 10 countries of the world.’’

Japan faces a shortage of labour force. “We need to import skilled labourers from 10 countries, including Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and ASEAN [Association of South-East Asian Nations],” Shindo said.

This program will continue every year for the next 5 years, and every year talented Pakistani men will be selected and recruited and taken to Japan, where they will work in 1 out of 14 sectors. The men will have the opportunity to choose their area of expertise and sectors, given that they are from the aforementioned sectors.

This is an excellent chance for both Japan and Pakistan to break the bounds of technology and make their friendship fruitful.
