Jurassic World Dominion is the latest addition to the iconic dinosaur franchise. It picks up where the previous film Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom left. The story now depicts a world where dinosaurs coexist with humans. It serves as the epic sci-fi thriller where DNA technology has been taken to an entirely new level. The new series brought many new characters, along with several old ones. Fans of the Jurassic Park series were thrilled to see many iconic dinosaur species returning along with many new ones.
However, despite all its promises and new story arcs, Jurassic World Dominion secured the lowest critical ratings among all the other series. But is it the worst series of the entire franchise?

It is important to mention that it was Jurassic Park III that had massive shortcomings as a good film. It brought potential actors like Neil in the lead. Dern played as the cameo. The series failed to make the impact as the old ones. It didn’t secure many fans or score well in cinemas and theaters.
The series became dormant, and many old fans missed the thrill of watching their one-time favorite heroes making a daring escape from wilds overrun by blood-thirsty man-eating carnivores. The series was revived in 2015 after the 14-year gap. The one released in 2015 scored major hits because it managed to reconnect the old storylines with the new ones. Fans loved how they had renewed the series.
However, Jurassic World Dominion secured the worst ratings for many reasons. The major reason was that it became the victim of corporate greed. It was akin to milking the series for more reviews and money. Fans complained about how inconsistent the plot was, and how many characters they had put into the film. According to one of the fans, there was so much plot, so much Chris Prat and so many characters that the dinosaurs ended up taking the backseat.
