The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has issued an order requiring airlines to verify passenger polio immunization status. The polio cards are made compulsory from now on.

The NADRA officials have issued instructions to airports around the country, including the airport in Karachi, to verify the polio cards of passengers who are departing the country to comply with the most recent standards.
