This is the digital era and as such everyone and everything is now going online. If you need an example then just look at the recent mode of education in the last two years. Who would have thought that we would one day be able to attend our classes online? But we have because the world is evolving and adapting to newer, better, and easier things. The government of Pakistan is also taking a step to follow this path and go digital. Yes, the Ministry of Science and Technology is now launching its YouTube channel.
This is happening under the project Popularization of Science through Mass Media’ which was approved by the Divisional Development Working Party (DDWP) on 25 May 2021, at a total cost of Rs. 62.407 million. The idea is to educate the people, especially the younger generation, and bring awareness about the fields of Science and Technology.
This YouTube channel will serve a lot of purposes – one of them being enhancing the knowledge of the youth of Pakistan, and showing them that these fields are the future of Pakistan. It is to encourage and inspire the youth of Pakistan into following their dreams.
The government of Pakistan is working to ensure that they provide the youth of Pakistan with the opportunities that they need to grow and to learn – to make not only themselves but also Pakistan proud on all fronts. It is for all of these reasons that the Ministry of Science and Technology is opening its YouTube channel.
To see the government working in order to create opportunities and mediums for the people to learn and explore is a commendable effort, one that needs to be appreciated. It shows the great concern on the part of authorities, and now it falls on the younger generation to try and make the best out of all these opportunities.
The Ministry of Science and Technology’s YouTube Channel will create awareness for the people and provide them with the tools to expert their craft. It will also show them the latest updates and all the new things that are happening in the respective fields.
We want to thank the government and the Ministry of Science and Technology for their efforts and hope that the Youth can use this as an opportunity to learn something and make Pakistan proud on all fronts. Hats off to everyone who is a part of this project.
