“mehndi” was held in Norway on Tuesday to kick off the wedding celebrations for Pakistani cricket player Imam-ul-Haq.
Following his return from the 2023 World Cup, the 27-year-old national player is set to get married to his fiancée, Anmol Mehmood.
Things start to happen in Norway for Imam-ul-Haq’s wedding.
Imam was on the national team that just played in India at the ICC’s main game.
As the sun went down this evening, images of Anmol wearing a fancy wedding dress from a local brand came out.
The bride wore a shirt and gharara that were deep red and dull gold with a touch of orange and purple to make them stand out.
Anmol shared photos and videos from a beautiful place in the Scandinavian country on her official Instagram account.
The designer also posted some pictures of the bride on Instagram with the title “Imam ki Anmol” (Imam’s Anmol), which tags both the cricket player and his future wife.
After the henna in Norway, the wedding will happen in Lahore on November 23. New Year’s Eve will be on November 26, and the nikah service will be on November 25.
Reports say the celebrations will start on November 23 with a qawwali night, but the name of the group playing is still a secret. For his big day, the left-handed hitter is likely to wear a Prince coat.
Reports say that cricket stars like Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, Fakhar Zaman, Shadab Khan, and other members of the national team will be there to celebrate. Former stars and people who work in management will also be invited.
Imam likely won’t join the camp for Australia’s Test tour right away, but he will later. At the Pindi Cricket Stadium, the camp will last until November 28. The group will leave Lahore by plane on November 30.
