PIA aircraft P-212, which landed in Karachi from Islamabad, abandoned 20 passengers’ baggage at the city’s airport.
Disgruntled travellers complained about PIA officials’ weak leadership and incompetence. The protesters encouraged higher authorities to take notice of the issue. This is not the first time the airline has acted inappropriately. It has frequently neglected to pack the bags.
The passengers were furious when they learned that the baggage was left at Sharjah airport. Officials from Pakistan International Airlines, on the other hand, attempted to appease them. They told them that their bags will be returned on the following aircraft from Sharjah.
This is not the first time PIA has come under fire for its weird antics.
Earlier this year, PIA left 36 pilgrims stranded at the airport.
In 2020, over 50 passengers arrived at Islamabad International Airport only to find out that the PIA flight from Sharjah to Islamabad had left their luggage. The PIA flight PK-182 arrived at Islamabad airport without the luggage.
