The first Bollywood romance to spark this year is between Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter and Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson. While rumour mills have been rife about their alleged romance for a while, a source from the sets of director Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies confirmed that actors Suhana Khan and Agastya Nanda are in a relationship.

According to Hindustan Times, the source mentioned above claimed that Shah Rukh Khan’s Daughter Suhana accompanied Agastya to a Christmas brunch hosted by the Kapoor family, the latter’s extended paternal side. “Agastya introduced Suhana to all the family members as his partner,” the source added.

Who knew their acting debut together would also start a romance between them? Yes, it all started on the set of Zoya’s upcoming film – an Indian adaptation of Archie Comics.

“They would spend a lot of time together and were not even trying to hide their bond. While they don’t plan to make it official yet, most people in the production house learnt about their bond in August 2022,” the source said, adding that Agastya’s mum, Shweta Bachchan, “loves” Suhana and “approves of the relationship”.

The two Titans, Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachan, have made the Bollywood business a household name across the globe.

However, is this really what it is being made to be? A well-connected industry source has a different theory to share. “It is their debut film and they need all the attention.”

The source quipped that Suhana Khan already has eyes on her. She is popular and being Shah Rukh Khan‘s daughter, will have no dearth of attention. “People are in fact waiting to see her debut. But things are different for Agastya.

He is Amitabh Bachchan‘s grandson, but he hasn’t been out and about much and is definitely less popular than his sibling Navya Naveli Nanda,” said the source suggesting that this may be a publicity stunt more than anything else.
