Many musicians have stepped forward to defend the Pakistani actresses amid the uproar brought on by Major (retired) Adil Raja’s remarks on a few A-list actresses.
The renowned singer-turned-actor Ali Zafar is the newest participant in the discussion. He recently took to Twitter to share his thoughts on the subject and spread awareness of how to prevent future occurrences of this kind.
Ali Zafar took to twitter, “Unless the defamation laws (specially cyber crime laws on defamation under FIA) are not implemented properly and decisions are made in days rather than years, you will keep seeing slander, mud-slinging and character assassination from all sides, everywhere, everyday.”

He also took to the platform to share his own personal experience.
