The e-commerce policy talks started in 2020 when it was implemented. Amazon allowed Pakistan into its space in 2021 and behold in 2022 it became the 3rd top seller. Pakistan has more sellers on Amazon than India, Vietnam, UK, and Canada.

Three e-commerce groups are taking Pakistan to the top. They have been in the market for a quite long time even before Pakistan was allowed to be part of Amazon. They include:
- “eCommerce by Enablers” has 1.2 million members
- “Extreme Commerce by Sunny Ali” has 1.1 million members
- “Ecommerce Success Pakistan” has nearly 200,000
The revenue generation can go up to Rs. 23 Billion exports. Cotton textiles and clothing are prominent industries. This can provide opportunities to the seller and give them exposure at an international level. After losing its spot in the region for the textile, it can regain it by exporting the textiles again. Young businessmen and small businesses can take advantage of the benefits offered by the platform.
