The official anthem singer for the forthcoming Pakistan Super League (PSL) season nine, Ali Zafar, is slated to make a victorious comeback.
This comes following a report from Cricket Pakistan a few days ago that said Ali might sing the national anthem once more for the ninth season.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has now provided official confirmation, fulfilling much expectation.
The news was made on the social media network “X,” which was once known as Twitter. The PSL franchise league posted a video of the celebrity performing the tune from “Ab Khel Jamay Ga,” one of his past PSL hits.

The well-known celebrity also posted on social media, saying, “Bilkul bajay gi. Stage wise, it’s a sajjay ga.

2018 saw a career setback for Ali Zafar, who performed musically for the first three seasons of the HBL PSL. Meesha Shafi, a fellow vocalist, accused Zafar of harassment. His career took a hit due to the incident, and he was never selected to perform the PSL anthem again.
But this season represents a big return for the musician, who is getting ready to take centre stage once more with the official anthem for PSL season nine, which begins on February 17.
