A precious stone and a wristwatch were stolen from the home of Pakistani star Meera in Lahore on Thursday.
The famous actress told the cops about what happened because she thought one of her housekeepers had stolen her things. At the Defense (A) Police Station, a first information report (FIR) was made for Meera, whose real name is Irtiza Rabab.
Text of FIR says Meera found out about the theft very early Thursday morning when she got home from shopping late at night, around 12:30am.
The actor also said in her complaint that her ring, two sets of diamonds, and a watch were stolen from her “trunk.”
When she asked the housekeepers who were there, she found that one of them, called Qasim, wasn’t there and that his phone was either off or couldn’t be reached.
It was her housekeeper Qasim who she strongly suspected of stealing her things. She told him how much the taken things were worth.
Meera says the watch is worth Rs2 million and the jewelry sets are worth Rs8 million.
The actor in the movie asked the cops to arrest the person they thought stole the things and get them back.
The police said that raids are being done to find the individual.
The Pakistani singer and model was born in Lahore and has been in show business since she was a teenager. In her early job, she was a model. In the 1990s, she made her movie debut with the hit Inteha.
There are movies in Pakistan and Bollywood movies in India that she has worked in. Meera began in Zeher, London in 1920, and other places.
She was in several Pakistani movies, such as Mushkil and Baaji.
