The pictures of several Lollywood actresses on social media created havoc in the nation. Major (R) Adil Raja, who is the former spokesman of the Pakistan Ex-Serviceman Society, putting allegations about whether right or wrong said that some actresses were deployed as “sugar traps” by the country’s strong establishment. These Lollywood celebrities have been alleged to have conspired to deceive politicians alongside General (r) Qamar Javed Bajwa and former ISI head Faiz Hameed.
Fans have encouraged Mehwish Hayat and other actors to sue Major (retd) Adil Raja for making charges that lead to character assassination.
So as a result, the backlash was being carried out in the midst of this recent scandal involving top Pakistani actresses, Kubra Khan, Sajal Ali, and Mehwish Hayat.
Kubra Khan issued statements threatening Major (r) Adil Raja with legal action if he does not recant his comments within three days she would be taking some serious legal actions against him by suing him, whether he’s in England or Pakistan. Also, in a mysterious reply, Sajal Aly reacted to the character assassination charges without identifying Adil Raja, tweeting, “It is very sad that our country is becoming morally debased and ugly; character assassination is the worst form of humanity and sin.”
Among these actresses, Mehwish Hayat was also being accused for which she replied, that some people just for the sake of fame can go beyond their limits. Furthermore, she tweeted, “Hope you’re enjoying your two minutes of fame. Just because I am an actress doesn’t mean my name can be dragged through the mud. Shame on you for spreading baseless allegations.”
Indeed, Allegations, whether right or wrong must not be set against anyone. It won’t be wrong to say that this defamation could hinder our country’s International image in so many ways.
