Pakistan’s Arslan Ash wins ‘Uprising Korea 2023’ Tekken tournament

Legend of Tekken 7 Arslan “Ash” Siddique won the “Uprising Korea 2023” tournament on Sunday, giving Pakistan another e-sports victory.

After beating Atif Khan 2-1 in the Winners’ semi-final earlier in the event, Arslan beat Galgonge 3-0 in the final. Both players were from South Korea.

The gaming veteran lost to Galgonge 3-2 in a close match earlier. He then had to play Varrel Pinya in the Losers Final, which he won 3-1 and advanced to the grand final, where he would face Galgonge again.

Galgonge would have been the winner if he had won the grand final against Arslan, but Arslan dominated the match and beat him 3-1.

On the other hand, Galgonge was given another chance because he had won the winners’ final against Arslan in the previous round. The two faced off again in the grand final restart.

Through a 3-0 win in the Grand Final Reset, Arslan emerged as the winner.

It’s important to note that Arslan won the “EVO champion” title in Las Vegas in August of this year, making him a four-time winner.

Everyone was amazed by the 27-year-old’s skills and songs, and he beat AO from Japan 3-0 in the grand final.

As of now, Arslan is the only player in the world to have won the Tekken 7 main event four times. In 2019, he won the title in both Japan and Las Vegas. He did the same thing again this year.

He was named the “best E-Player of 2019” by EPSN and is thought to be the best Tekken player of all time by many.

He also won the “CEO 2021 champion” title and the “2022 combo breaker Tekken 7” competition by beating all 10 of his opponents.
