A lot of celebrity weddings ended in divorce in the second half of 2022. We have experienced a downfall of many marriages which one way or another is becoming a norm.
Famous celebrity Mansha Pasha has some thoughts on why celebrity marriages fail so frequently. According to the actor, individuals in the entertainment sector are often “people pleasers” who place a high value on what fans think about them and their spouses.
One of the main obvious reason Mansha stated was that people get married because they think they look good together. Assuming it as a reality, the couple starts posting pictures of their togetherness on social media. Fans, start praising them by commenting, ‘couple goals’, ‘looking good together’ and by falling into this doom fake reality, they get married to each other, which after a while turns out to be a ‘not so better decision’. Artists are often people pleasers, thus they are easily persuaded and carried along by the perceptions of others without considering whether they genuinely get along.”
While conceding that there may be other causes, Mansha stated that the performers she has spoken with believe that fan reactions do serve as a catalyst for new relationships and difficulties later on. She also blamed it on social media and the need to chronicle one’s life and relationships. “A lot of individuals start putting their relationships out there at a young age. If you’re engaged, married, or otherwise, it’s OK to put anything there, but I believe they should first scale back and draw a boundary someplace. “They simply pique people’s interest in their relationships, which influences your connection as you mature,” she believes.
Mansha also highlighted that celebs should take a decision of getting married only when they know that they are fully bloomed intellectually.
