During a special ceremony hosted in Javed Akhtar’s honour at the Faiz Mela in Lahore, Pakistani musician Ali Zafar paid tribute to the renowned Indian poet and lyricist.
Famous Indian poet and lyricist Javed Akhtar recently took part in the Faiz Mela where he was feted by a group of bookworms and regional artists.

The song has since been adapted for the 2019 Bollywood film Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga, starring Anil Kapoor, his daughter Sonam Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, and Juhi Chawla.
