Haroon Shahid has earned his name in acting and has been part of numerous projects. Debuting in Shoaib Mansoor’s Verna, he has been the lead guitarist and songwriter for the Lahore-based pop-rock band SYMT. He has also featured in the Coke studio. The Akhir Kab Tak actor, a singer prior to being an actor has also lent his voice for various drama OSTs as well. Usually, singer-turned actors leave off their music careers after entering the drama industry. Haroon has been trying to pursue his music side by side. His acting has been far more than expected and he has been getting a lot of appreciation for the roles he has played so far.

Zeb and Haroon have done collaboration in the past for the movie VERNA starring Mahira Khan lending their voices for the song ‘Sambhal Sambhal’. The song ‘Tum Saath Ho’ has been written and composed by Haroon, produced arranged by Ahsan Pervaiz Mehdi, and video by Nouman Javaid. The song has been an instant hit and sounds like a breath of fresh air.
The song has been released by BossMenn’s (a digital record label) which promotes musicians from all over Pakistan. They have released songs with different emerging artists featuring Kumail Jaffery, Harris Jarral, Moh e Ali, Hamza Hashmi etc. Currently, they are in their 3rd season.
The song reminds us of the yesteryear pop songs. The duo brings in freshness and positivity. It is absolutely refreshing and the energy in the song seems great.
