It’s common among criminals that they change their means of crime with time and situation but it’s the first time we encounter police doing so. Apparently, the police has changed its tactics to catch the criminals because of Eid-ul-Adha. Although, we couldn’t find any link and logic between the two. Then again you don’t need logic to catch the criminals, two goats and a cow will do the magic. With new occasion ahead the police has introduced Eid-ul-Adha special bribes.
Seems like Karachi police has gotten the hang of media and popularity. They never miss a chance to make it to headlines. This time an unusually expected incident happened in Karachi. Now the cops in the city don’t ask for colorful rectangular shaped papers with Quaid-e-Azam’s picture, from the victim to catch the criminal. New times have unearthed new means. The 21st century bribes change according to the occasion.
It Is Eid Ul Azha- Time For Mausami Qasai
As Eid-ul-Adha is nearing, the cops in Karachi have saddled up to take nothing less than two goats and a cow to apprehend the criminals. It is reported that, a citizen visited the police station to file a complaint against the attacker who opened fire in the victim’s house. The house fell under the jurisdiction of Ferozeabad police station. Instead of inspecting the situation or the site, the police asked the victim to first buy 2 goats and a cow, else they won’t catch the criminal. The SIO on duty, outright refused to lodge a complaint unless he sees his goats and cow in the police parking lot.
One police officer smearing the name of the entire police force. Now we’ll have to give goats and cows to see the serial killer on loose get arrested. This is not the first time, a policeman in Karachi was arrested for taking bribes to build a house in Karachi’s Baloch Colony area.
These incidents are growing with each passing day, the government should take strict notice against the policemen who are waiting for the bribes to perform their duties.
